As a medium-sized family business, we have been selling tools and cable connection technology for the electrical trade and industry via electrical wholesalers since 1961. Our articles are available in over 50 countries worldwide. Through the acquisition of BRINKO GmbH in 2020, HAUPA's product range was expanded to include a comprehensive range of professional tools (hand tools, camera technology as well as pressing technology) for plumbing & HVAC installations. In the spring of this year, the generation change in management took place. Jens-Ole Paas joined the company founded by his father Hans-Udo Paas over 60 years ago in 1995. Together, father and son managed the family business for more than 27 years. Due to his age of 88 years, founder Hans-Udo Paas retired from the company on March 1, 2022. Jens-Ole Paas is now the sole managing director of HAUPA GmbH & Co. KG, the subsidiaries abroad, and BRINKO GmbH.   "I am proud that our company will remain in family hands, and I am looking forward to continuing development of our brands together with my employees and our customers for many years to come" says the 50-year-old who looks optimistically and with a lot of drive into the future.
