All the way from the beginning it has been a purely Czech company with a focus on processing thermosets, reactoplasts (SMC, BMC) injection molding of thermoplastic materials (LDPE, HDPE, PP, ABS, PA6, PA6.6, PC, PBT, PBT/PET, PC/ABS) and assembly of components.   The company AB Max offers a high-quality production of plastic parts using top technology for all levels of the production:   for the high speed injection with very short cycles: fast running, fully electric press machines SUMITOMO manned by Wittmann robots  for accurate technical parts: pressing machines Engel with robot Engel and pressing machines Selex in the tonnage from 60 to 350 tons for molding thermosets: 14 presses with clamping force from 60 to 500 tons, including the transfer molding system and the upper ejector system for the welding of plastic foils: two automatic welding lines   We are a long-term reliable partner not only in quality and schedule, but also in technical support and the proposals for savings.   Our long-lasting cooperation with companies Siemens, ABB, Hansen and Scanavo is a proof of our tradition, quality and professionalism. Our business relationships are still deepening and expanding and we supply to 14 Siemens foreign branches in 10 countries on 3 continents.   AB Max is certified with ISO 9000 and is a Sony Green partner.
